As a heart-centered coach for executives, business owners, practitioners, and creatives, I expertly weave together my expertise in psychology, intuitive guidance, transformative energy work, and the profound insights of Human Design, creating a holistic experience that empowers you to thrive.

My high frequency holistic approach to coaching helps leaders navigate the complexities of our changing times, ensuring you remain centered and purposeful on your journey as you amplify and evolve.

With an MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work and a license as a psychotherapist, I bring a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mind and body. My experience of years in integrative settings alongside medical professionals has deepened my awareness of how our emotional, physical, and spiritual selves influence one another.

I also host transformational retreats and educational programming, both in-person and online, creating spaces for growth, connection, and evolution. Together, we will embark on a journey of inspired self-discovery, unlocking the doors to your extraordinary future!

Reiki Practitioner Certification

Reiki is an ancient form of healing that provides physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits. The term Reiki (ray-key) means universal life force energy. This nurturing energy is guided through the hands of the practitioner and can also be offered long distance. Reiki practice connects you to your innate healing abilities, offering an effective way to help yourself and others. Treatments are useful to decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, improve clarity of thought, release old conditioning and traumas and gain spiritual perspective. Reiki is a holistic practice that you can use anytime and anywhere.
