Warmest welcome. The purpose of working with a spiritual coach and healing practitioner is to get professional support around specific priorities in order to create the life changes. This involves commitment, accountability and action steps on part of the client in between sessions. Coaching can assist with a wide variety of adjustments and transitions and help you overcome the barriers to achieving your goals in order to live the life you want. Congratulations on taking this step! At every session each individual person will receive the unique healings that they are ready to receive. Every session will begin with spiritual coaching to help bring clarity to what needs healing and end with a debriefing so that you can leave with an understanding of any next steps that you may need in order to integrate the healing alignment into your life. Liz will work in a ceremony to offer a combination of energy healing, hands-on healing (either in person or distant) as well as sound healing to help create a full spectrum experience so that you can open up your mind, body and soul to the experience. Liz will share messages as they come through spirit. Healings You May Receive: (include but are not limited to) ⁃ Clearing and energy balancing - Inner child healing - Soul retrieval - Ancestral healing - Past life healing - Forgiveness and release of resentment Although I am also a psychotherapist, the service you will be provided is for spiritual life coaching sessions (which may also include energy healing and spiritual coaching), not psychotherapy sessions and is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health disorder or symptoms. These coaching sessions do not include legal or financial advice. ​Sessions are 60 minutes in length. While this can be somewhat flexible, the time frame will be maintained as much as possible to help all involved. Please understand that what you say in our sessions is CONFIDENTIAL.
